Files are stored in private buckets with no public URL. Nothing is published, resold, or sent to third-party AI providers. Retention is time-limited and deletion is logged.

Synthetic sample values. Your file is never re-encoded, and its hash is recorded on receipt so any later alteration is detectable.
Controls applied to every case
These controls are part of the service, not optional extras.
Links are single-purpose and revocable
Upload, case-access and report-download links are distinct tokens with their own expiry. Any link can be revoked and reissued to the case email address.
No third-party AI processing
Submitted material is not published, resold, used for training, or transmitted to external AI providers.
Audited actions
Intake, payment confirmation, uploads, report delivery and deletions are recorded in an internal audit trail with timestamps stored in UTC.
Scheduled deletion
Evidence and reports are removed on the retention schedule after a case closes, and the deletion is logged against the case.
Minimal data collection
No accounts, no tracking scripts and no third-party analytics on the public website.
